Tando Bikitsha is a founding leader of Catenate Advisory and one of South Africa's most respected investment advisors. Over the past 16 years, he has advised some of the country's largest and most sophisticated retirement funds and institutional investors across investment strategy, asset allocation, governance and portfolio oversight.

His experience spans actuarial analysis, multi-manager investing and portfolio design. He has worked with institutions including the Alexander Forbes Retirement Fund, KwaZulu-Natal Joint Funds, the Municipal Workers Retirement Fund and several major corporate retirement funds.

Beyond the technical discipline, Tando cares deeply about the real-world impact investing has on people's financial futures. He believes the strongest advisory relationships are built through transparency, consistency and intelligent engagement over time.
